These Trading Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through Select Disposables. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order when necessary.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information when placing an order.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. Product appearance, packaging, and availability may vary.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the price shown at the time the order is placed.
Orders must be successfully paid before processing unless separate payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly after payment confirmation.
- United States: Orders are generally shipped within 24–48 hours.
- International: Orders are generally shipped within 4–5 days.
These timeframes refer to shipping/dispatch and may not represent the total transit time to the customer’s destination.
Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, holidays, destination restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for complying with applicable import, customs, tax, and local regulations.
5. Shipping Information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Select Disposables is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier-related delays are outside our direct control.
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for determining whether the products they order can legally be purchased, imported, possessed, and received in their destination country.
Customers are also responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, customers should contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
